These case studies illustrate the client’s challenge, GG&A’s marketing strategies tailored to the client’s needs, and the ensuing results.
Consumer Service
Challenge. A boutique service firm sought additional recognition to become a prime acquisition candidate for a regional or national organization. Goal: Recognition of the firm as the premiere organization in their region.
GG&A's Strategies. We developed a three-pronged communications campaign for this client, based on their considerable community involvement.
- A year-long series of advertorials that fostered the company’s identity recognized the contributions of a wide range of community leaders.
- Brochure featuring their extensive services, illustrated by photographic highlights of their area.
- Website presenting their services and culture: Where caring is the center of our business.
Results. Extensive media coverage greatly promoted good will, name recognition, and client and customer interest. The firm was acquired at attractive terms by a regional organization. Geller Grace and its client firm were awarded the Business Marketing Association’s Star Award for Excellence in Business-to-Business Marketing Communications.
HealthCare
Challenge. A large healthcare practice needed a marketing brochure and website.
GG&A's Strategies. Geller Grace developed the organization’s tagline. We wrote, designed and produced the brochure, meeting periodically with the Executive Director. Working with their in-house tech staff, we created background material and photography for the organization’s website, featuring the practice’s awards, activities and people.
Results. The brochure has become the practice’ prime marketing tool to prospects and to referring physicians, mailed and presented in person with every new outreach. The website attracts patients, prospects and professionals.
Business to Consumer
Challenge. A garden products manufacturer wanted to boost its benefit message to regional and national markets
GG&A's Strategies. Geller Grace projected their product benefits through nationwide publicity and features. We augmented this with articles and mailings to garden centers and dealer organizations and developed in-store materials, including shelf display literature that conveyed their logo and product solutions.
Results. The company expanded geographically throughout Connecticut and New York state, subsequently to Pennsylvania, the South Central States, nationwide and into Canada. At that point, the company was profitably acquired by a national garden-products firm.
Business to Business
Challenge. A specialty food company needed to reach new markets.
GG&A's Strategies. Projecting a sophisticated and appealing image in English and Italian language, Geller Grace created interest with upscale and Italian ethnic restaurants, caterers, the discerning public, and in trade and Italian/American media. We conveyed their story and products at food shows and trade fairs. Additional publicity, including witty photography, secured awards and good coverage in print and broadcast media.
Results. The company penetrated the New York Metro market and experienced a 250% growth increase.
